Erddig Introduces Dog Off-Lead Zones!
National Trust Erddig’s ranger team has worked with tenant farmers to create a brand new designated off-lead zone near Felin Puleston. Starting 1 February, pooches can bound, sniff, scratch and jump freely in a special zone for dogs. It’s hoped that the new zone will encourage dog walkers to keep dogs under close control in all other areas, especially near livestock. Bangor-on-Dee host a new themed fixture for 2019, Countryside Day!
To celebrate the first half-term of the school year, Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse will be hosting a new themed fixture for 2019, Countryside Day on Tuesday 29 October. Between six national hunt races, a raft of themed activities will keep the whole family entertained at the only track in North-Wales.
